11 December 2023 – ITIDO is excited to welcome Bulbera, a software development company, to its team and to the portfolio of Bianor Group.

Under the acquisition terms, Bianor Group – with its legal entity “Bianor Holding” AD (BSE: BNR) – acquired 100% of “Bulbera” EOOD. In line with the holding’s strategy to promote synergy among its subsidiaries, Bulbera will become part of the ITIDO team. Stefan Gospodinov, a co-founder and CEO of Bulbera, will actively participate in managing the engineering teams of ITIDO.

Bulbera has solid experience in developing software for healthcare, e-commerce, and telecom partners as well as a demonstrated history in delivering end-to-end solutions. Its expertise includes a wide range of services for mobile, web, and enterprise projects. The company has significant know-how in creating solutions for managing large datasets, as well as supporting data storage and processing centers.

Industry recognition

Among Bulbera’s customers are global brands such as L’Oréal, Takeaway.com, Nokia, and Telenor. Bulbera has twice been named “Innovative Company of the Year” and has twice been distinguished with the “Excellence in Innovation” award. It is also a member of a number of industry associations and chambers of commerce. Among its team members are professionals with over 15 years of IT industry experience.

Among other technologies, Bulbera’s tech stack includes: Java / J2EE, JavaScript, PHP, mobile development, and cloud platforms. These technologies further strengthen ITIDO’s software expertise.
